Yes they do and I think its $18 per hour. I cannot remember if they we're the ones that said you have to be 25 to rent.
Yes, if available they will let you rent a regular sized pick up truck. They asked for my driver's lic. and insurance. They rent by the hour, 18 dollars (if i remember correctly) and you don't jave to refuel.
