The manager Erica is horrible for management. The stores are cluttered and she never has the restrooms available for customers to use if you haven't already noticed they constantly say that the restrooms are out of service.

I don't know about employees I said the manager Erica. My main annoyance is the restroom. Everything you are saying does not relate to my complaint at all.

I disagree completely. I have always had good service there. Employees have been very friendly and helpful. The store may seem cluttered but that's only because of the constant turnover of merchandise.
