Walk-ins only. Once there, you can request a specific barber by signing in and writing his name next to yours. First come first serve basis.
I'm pretty sure all they do are walk-ins. I tried on two occasions to setup an appointment and they told me they didn't take appointments.

Walkins are only accepted if there’s an opening where a barber is not booked. In most cases this barbershop is booked. We accept appointments using an app called booksy! http://beardsleysbarbershop.booksy.com/
New answer! They do bookings on Booksy for Friday Saturday appointments. Rest of the week is walk ins only.
