They have 6 people at the desk with one phone line open to answer calls. I called for four hours straight and every time my call would hang up automatically and end. The other two lines were used by staff in the back. Front desk people are not nice, not caring, or apologetic. Very very very poor customer service. I like Dr. Lantow which is the only reason I am tolerating it. It is very frustrating and any complaints falls on deaf ears. Staff need to attend a customer service training program.
I work there. We only have 3 phone lines and we are super busy. Please keep trying. I'm so sorry.
