It depends on which room you reserve but they can go for as small as the Odyssey Ballroom being 75 adult meals minimum - 150 max, to the Grand Ballroom being 500 min - 900 max. With various rooms in between all having a different minimum and maximum. I'm assuming the meals count as people it can hold but be sure to check out their website for more information at www.theodysseyvenue.com/ballrooms
Several hundred people. The rooms can be opened up to form a large single room. Not sure about exact capacity but would guess 400 or so in the large single room.
