It could take as much as a month or more. But once you received the email telling you 2 fill out the forms for your W-2 it should be two weeks from then.
I've been waiting for a start date for 2 months,completed all steps up to waiting for a start date. I Keep getting emails every week saying they haven't forgot but haven't scheduled any orientations yet, or current positions may not fit my availability. My availability is completely open for all days and times. At our screening we were warned it could be a long waiting period.
It's hard to say, they usually call or send an email with the date. I really can't say though, I would call and ask.
