Are they hiring for part time help? It so what are the hours and how do you apply?

I applied for a position passed drug test back ground test and i see Amazon Hiring Advertising everyday .However each time i go on to schedule a shift there are none .I live 10 minutes away from MDW9 .I drive to the site 3 times a week and the recruitment office is never open .I think that this needs to be addressed by employers to put employees that want to work to work . The shift i would like to work 6pm to 5am any day of the week .Can someone give me a start date.

Full time only 4 10s with OT up to 60s, you can apply for school accommodations after a year of employment.
