Don't live in an apt. Residential NON gated community. Wide driveway. No barriers at front door and driver did NOT try to contact me. Nice answer! Straight out of the manual. Customer service contacted me and assured me that my baby crib would be delivered today. Well it was not I am expecting you guys to try tomorrow morning... I'll be looking for you
If you are in an apartment with an external door and the codes provided or not provided do not allow access the driver will most likely take the package back. Unless there are clear concise and safe instructions your package will be returned. And if the driver tries to contact you and you don't answer the text or phone it will be returned. Also if the codes provided don't work they will be returned. Your best bet is to contact customer service and make sure all instructions and codes are current and they will give it a priority for the next time it goes out. And you always have the option of an attended delivery although you will be required to be there when it arrives.
