You have to be 13 or older with parent/guardian consent to get a piercing. Your brother can sign for you as long as heβs 21 or older and is willing to sign as your guardian
Just like Michael says you have to be 18 or older with valance identification and if you are not then you would need to have a parent or legal guardian there with you... But trust me, if you really want this and your brother is willing to go and take responsibility, then I would say go because the people at the shop will find a way to make things work for you, that's the best way I could put it.. Hope you are able to read between the lines on that one and you understand what I mean (just remember you are considered a new customer and you are a paying customer so that's what the shop is looking for, it's all about the business)...ππππ»
Piercing should be ok. Just have to be 18 to get a tattoo.
