I don't know how old my kitten is I found it but was wondering how much it is to get it fixed

Lacey Animal Hospital does spays them selves, they do not contract with animal control, if you want the low cost option where the send them to Fresno go through Animal control. If you want it fixed at Lacey then you call them directly to make an appointment.

You would have to take the kitten to the pound to have them get it fixed. They're the ones who who schedule an appointment to do so.
