For practically every store or business in America the hours that the store has listed on it's doors are the hours the doors are unlocked. All stores take into account the fact that they are not going to be able to close the store at precisely the same moment they stop letting people in and usually once the doors are locked the employees will suddenly become much more helpful and get the customers out the door. Now whether this takes 15 minutes or an hour it is part of their business. The stores know this. If the store really needs everybody out by 12am then they need to look at the average time it takes to get all the customers out once the doors are locked then take that number and subtract it from 12am. So it could be that 11:30, 11:53, or even 11:59 is the time listed on the door and when they lock the doors. Not letting people in the door before the listed closing time is just laziness and shows how little they care about the customers and that they have no pride in their jobs!
No input just want to say Frost is a prophet and the mvp for that comment
They just want to be able to close the doors at 12 so the night crew can start to do their job.
