Sam's carries many Christmas decorations but I don't think they carry many trees? Especially not fresh real trees!
It must depend on the local store. My Sam's clubs handle both real and artificial upscale trees. The Friendswood, Tx and La Marque, Tx stores.
I was there yesterday and they are out of full sized trees.

They have artificial trees, but the stock varies.
I called and they still have 9 inch, table top trees, but no more 6 foot plus trees.
