Do your mall workers have to show any courtesy to visitors? My uncle who is blind with a walking stick and hard of hearing was screamed at and treated very rudley by your employee. Showed no respect and we were screamed at. Worst experience ever!

No! That should never be the case anywhere in a business. You should have reported them there at the Mall. There should always be a Supervisor on duty. Always ask for one and whoever was rude to you would've been fired on the spot.

They are rude in some places. But over all I have had no bad experiences. But if someone yelled at my blind family member and me as well. I would not have to ask questions I would have handled it then and there.

I would call and ask for the manager and let them kniwcwhat happened. That is terrible.
