Dear Carlos, sorry for the inconvenience. We only take 30 mins to clean the store and to make the shift change. While we do this, our Customers can stay inside the store, enjoying their food, but we can not take orders due our system resets. That's why we close the doors in such a short period of time. Thank you for your understanding.
I don't work there, I'm just a customer, so I am assuming that the reason why they close during that time is to close the register and change shifts as well as renew the product. I love their food, I think they are awesome, they offer variety and at the same time they keep the arepas traditional.

They close at that time to count the cash registers.
Never noticed that. They show 24 hours being open.
