Yes, but there is no place to eat it right in the museum. Connected to the museum building is a hallway with shops and an eating area. It's a little walk, but not bad at all!
Correcting Mikah's answer here: You are absolutely allowed to bring a sack lunch with you to the cafeteria on the lower level of the museum and eat it there.
