What you say is true, however my experience with this establishment is positive. Just talk with James (the owner) these are good people.
Hours of operation change for businesses all the time. If the business doesn't make a lot during later hours, they may close earlier. But, I fail to see your post as a question and only as a review. So, if a door was locked while you were still in the business and you are upset, post it in the review section. You can also upload photos and videos. Google questions are not the place to report things against the law, but the local police station will gladly help you. Also, certain circumstances such as having an intruder that can harm the lives of customers trying to get into the building and threatening a business does allow the business to take action and protect the employees and the customers of that business.
