No. As far as I know, no one staffs the entrance on a full time basis. I haven't been asked to pay in a long time

There is a Non-Resident Parking fee of $3 per car on Weekdays and $5 per car on Weekends. There are additional costs for the swim beach and boat rentals.

Olander Park does have a parking fee for non-residents. Monday through Friday is $3, Weekends are $5, and Holidays are $7.
