Its free right now to anybody, somebody screwed up the paperwork for $. Only time you must pay is on a event day. Fishing is keep with standard ODNR regulations, as well you have to have a license.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day there is a charge to drive in. I think walking and bicycling is free.
