I understand there is now a pier for fishing. Is the pier or even a shoreline where a older person with a walker wouldn’t have to go very far from parking?

There are several parking lots around the perimeter of the pond. There is a dock area but it in direct sun; personally the better fishing is going to be the shaded areas

Yes, I'm 74. You can almost drive completely around the pond. Park your car, take a lawn chair. Have a seat and fish.
