Edit: They are replacing the floors starting 7/21/18 so they are not going to be opening early until November when the construction is complete. Yes the mall doors are unlocked early for mall walkers. I see them as early as 7:45 when I get to work at the mall. I asked security today it is generally 7:00 am.
