Not inside the casino, however there are two smoking patios that are both covered and heated and full of slots. The smoking section closest to the Willy Wonka machine is a good size and has some fun slots in it, and its warmer. The opposite side is merely a tiny patio bay that stretches from one door to the next and doesn't have much enclosure so its still pretty cold.
