Call the manager and tell them. If there is a survey on the back of your receipt (probably not, but if there is) fill it out right away. That goes up to corporate! Then, after doing the survey, call the manager. Make them replace your whole meal for free.
Andrea Dressner, don't waste anyone's time or work up their blood pressure by suggesting that they call the store manager. The customer will get more of the same bad treatment and inedible food. I agree with complaints to corporate though, along with a pic of the receipt and the store conditions. Explain that while you enjoy their food (McDonald's) the location at Erie and torresdale needs to overhauled from management to making the ff to customer service to general cleanliness. Take oics and describe your encounter as thoroughly as possible. Trust me they wanna keep us customers.. We are the ones lining the pockets of the owner and the owners want us to continued to do so.
