Do they ever answer the phone. I've called several times this week with no answer.

No they dont...and if they do, you'll be on hold for 45 minutes.

Yrs they answer after 1p -15 minutes then they hang up on you. Every time.

I've called many fimes. Sometimes i do have to keep trying but they do answer

They always did for me. That's weird they haven't answered. Maybe it's because this is right after a big holiday
