If it's anything like an S4 you often can get the card the port is on super cheap through various sellers online. I got mine for $6 shipping included (and some extra tools) and was able to replace it myself and not pay exorbitant service fees. Check various places online for people that often show you videos on how to do repairs yourself.
They are $60. However, because the charging port is soldered to the motherboard, the repair would take some time and there would be a small chance that the repair may not be successful. In the event that it isn't successful, it would still be $60 and instead you would get an extra battery and a charger that will charge your batteries externally.
