I believe there's a program with SMH for students but if you're around 17 you should be able to sign up with an adult.
I have seen high schoolers in the gym but nobody younger than 15. They do have day care though for real young ones. Some days they even have family swim and all ages are welcome pending they can swim. Sorry i couldnt be more help. Update: i just asked and the trainer thought the age was 13. Hope that helps.
