If I'm having a package shipped who does the wrapping me or UPS service agent?

You or UPS can If you want them to do it you just need to take your item to your local UPS store and they will take care of the packing for you for a fee of course

I do believe they will package, for a charge. They can be finicky about packaging, so having them wrap and pack has its benefits.
