They're okay and informative them most of the time usually gives you good parts service rarely make mistakes
Not that I am aware of. I won't speak for everyone that works at this AutoZone but the last couple times I have been in there I am not sure I'd trust them to if they did. They'll check a battery, they'll plug a scanner into an OBD-II port and that is about it. Odds are you aren't dealing with ASE certified mechanics. Most know as much or less than you do.
