Was there in early March. Can't get close to water due to damaged docks. Give them some more time to get them replaced and all will be back to normal, in and out of water down there

Yes, you should be able to. The new location was right down the beach from our condo and the manatees swam by daily. Sparky 's is a very busy place, we got there early or you may have to wait.
