It doesn't really have anything child specific, like water features or slides. It's just a rectangular pool with two sections, a lap pool/deep end and a shallow end. It's cheap and fun if the kids just want to splash around but we couldn't stay too long, it was pretty cold - kids lips were turning purple! Another indoor option we use in the valley is USU aquatic center.
Yes it has a children's area on the closest side from the lap pool and has a diving board area on the far left side as you walk in
The pool goes from a depth of 4 feet to 13 feet and is separated by the bulkhead into a dive tank and lap lane areas. So I would say no, there's not a child specific area. The shallow end doesn't even get that shallow (again, 4 feet). The pool has lap swim and open plunge hours, during open plunge anyone can come and play around. Lap swim is for anyone over the age of 14 to exercise in the pool, with lap lanes always open and water aerobics classes offered at specific times.
