Truly careful gluten free is hard to get here. Costa Vida is much more careful about that. There is actually a sign at cafe rio that warns there is gluten in and around most of your food. No sugar free food, but there are sugar free drinks.
You can make your meal gluten and dairy free, but there is likely small amounts of sugar in most of the meat seasonings and sauces.
There are some gluten free options but I'm not sure about the others
