Why don't these people ever answer their phones? Busy or no response. What kind of retail business allows a busy signal. Maybe a new years resolution for 2018 could be to get a phone system from this decade.

"answer their phones" and "from this decade" It would seem that you are the one behind on the times :p

Possibly I am behind the times but they don't have a way to order online. Their website instructs you to call ahead. Then phone is perpetually busy. Their in store flyers also suggest calling ahead.
