No word yet as to when they are going to open the upper lifts and runs. It's snowing today and they are making a lot of snow, and are opening a run or two every few days. Do your snow dance!
As of this morning 12/21 Jupiter/9990 Are still closed.
When there is snow and it's safe. It's dependant on the weather and snow fall. Hopefully it will be soon.
