Where is the best place to stay close walking distance to get ski and not so expensive

Agreed. We stayed there 3 weeks ago and having the shuttle was great. Hotel staff is excellent as well.

We used VRBO, got a place very reasonable, last minute 2 blocks from the base.

Peaks Hotel had nice shuttle for PC, DV and town. In house comforts, ski shop, restaurant all great! Nice trip.

Chateau Apres - very skier oriented and not fancy BUT walking distance to the lift and good prices.

We couldn't find a "cheap place"...so we stayed at the Double Tree just a couple mins from PCM and they have a shuttle :) so we didn't have to worry about parking. Would highly recommend
