Hi T EZ, We do review credit, criminal history, rental history, and eviction history on each applicant as part of our application process and although bad credit history alone will not disqualify you, it may increase your deposit amount based on that risk. Having someone that has good or great credit applying with you, either as a co-appliacant or a co-signer, will help off set some of that risk and can lower your deposit amount. But each of those 4 categories are reviewed as a whole, so there is no way we can tell you now if you would be approved or not until we fully process your application.
