If my movie doesn’t start till 10:45, do I still have to arrive when it opens at 6:45?

Its a double feature. So you're paying for both movies. They recommend coming at least 30 minutes before they open. But I've seen people just show up for the second showing so its really 50/50. A lot of people just got for the first showing and leave during intermission. Best bet is to call them and ask

I would get there at least an hour before. Especially if you want a good spot. Plus there is usually a line of cars waiting going down the street outside the theater. You don't have to get there at 645 though shoot for 2 hours before if you can
