Jonathan, Depending on what it is, the nature of the issue, and when you purchased it will dictate the protocol. You can call the store or check your receipt for refund and exchange coverage.
You will more than likely have to bring the item back to a Dick's store and visit their Customer Service desk. Even if you email them or call them they will ask you to do this.
It's been a while now and I still haven't got the time to return it now. Please pardon my lateness. Is there a limit for how long I can wait before I can no longer return defective items? It's not that I want to return it, rather just switch it with a working one if possible. I still have my receipt and the product untouched since I last tried it out.
Just bring the item back to the store with your receipt
