Ok so the reviews, for the most part, are good. But I am looking for somewhere to take my daughter, who has a mix of black and latin grade hair, for a haircut and maybe some braids. How is this place for haircuts and pricing (pricing is a big factor)

Okay, so please don't take her there. My daughter has very thick wavy hair, and the first time I took her to Visions, they did a good job on her braids. However, the second time was miserable. It took forever and that was her last time. The advertisement about being out in 2hrs is false. It's hit or miss. I'm still kinda new here myself, but I did find a stylist who travels and knows how to braid and take care of all textures of natural hair. So one again, please don't take her there, search for a traveling stylist near you or who will travel to you. I hope this helps. Also, I don't deal with stylists without a liscense. If you do find a traveling stylist and would like to ensure they're licensed or a professional, just ask them for their documentation, and he/she will provide it. The 2hr window didn't specify which styles only takes 2hrs. My daughter got the same hairstyle she got the first time, and it took less than 2hrs the first time, but more than 2hrs the second time. IJS!

Hello I’m a stylist at visions and part of staff I recommend coming in sit for awhile and the salon speaks for itself thank u BEWARE of traveling stylist with no license and in your home just saying ( unprofessional)

I've been going to Visions for many years. Never walked out unhappy. They have stylists for all hair grades and styles. The 1 hour window would not apply to braids or sew in styles. As we know it takes time for these styles. Wash, condition, cut & style however is completed in 1 hour. I highly recommend Visions. Call and speak with owner & stylist, Beth. She is the best! Pricing is comparable to quality salons!
