It's actually a Judgement report that comes from the attorneys that represent the landlord. They want to know if the tenant has breached the agreement made in court. If yes then they move forward with eviction. There is no city seal on this report.

I'm not sure but anyone can log onto the municipal Court and look it up online. Long as you have the docket number or you can search by name and go from there.
