When does the outdoor vendors usually open up

The outdoor vendors are there year round Fri Sat Sunday..and they are usually there at 7 am

Outside vendors are there year-round Friday through Sunday but of course there are much more vendors in the spring summer and fall months than in the winter.

I believe some are open year round
