Maybe. Sometimes parents bring them in. For the most part, you don't see them running around. You will see laptops. It's the main reason I'm there! But they play music so you won't hear them.

Yes! During the week it gets filled with students studying and tends to be quiet unless there is an event. They have couches good coffee and the environment is very cozy. Good place to meet up and or study. Never had a problem with noise level. Good luck!
