Yes, please call and make sure you licence/ID was processed and mailed to you. It could also be the post office as well. So make sure it was sent out to you.
I will do that next because it should've been mailed out.
Call and email DMV you will be informed of the status of your ID,that is, when it was mailed and expected delivery.
There pretty fast with sending out cards. I actually just got my permit in the mail last night & it wasn't a full 2week wait, same when I got my state ID last month. So you may need² call & 👀 weekdays going on.
You can call dmv and see if there was some kind if delay and what the next step is. Usually you get it in 2 weeks
