I know it definitely works at Rite Aide, but I'm not 100% sure about Family Dollar. But, if you call the store they should be able to tell you over the phone.
The OTC card can be used at stores like Walmart, Riteaid, Dollar General, and Family Dollar. You can use your card to buy things like food and fresh groceries.
