Year round
A lot of dealers set up year round, only on Sundays. They have their "spring opening weekend" sometime soon, I've forgotten when exactly. They also have three weekends called Special Sunday, or Extravaganza weekends, when they are open outside on Saturday and Sunday. Those happen the last weekend of April, June, and September. They cost a bit more than a regular Sunday, but, depending on weather, there are a LOT more customers. The whole "antiques row" has some kind of event those weekends as well, so if you don't want to sleep in the car, you've got to reserve a room way in advance. Also, the pavilion fills up with pre-registration at least a month in advance, some reserved by the same vendors years ahead. I know on Extravaganza weekends there is security on the grounds all weekend (I often work as security there for Extravaganza, we're very diligent.) That's why many vendors feel comfortable with overnighting in a local hotel after setting up. There is live-in security on the grounds
It is year round. It even has a pavilion.
All the time from 4 to 4
I thought any time, because I have seen sellers outside while it snowed.
