I only returned something twice and each time I had my receipt and no problem. I was able to return or exchange with no issues at all.
Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box. Returns made within 7 days of a purchase will be refunded in the same form in which payment was originally made. Earrings, swimsuits, underwear, panties, bodywear, bras, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned after purchase. Any merchandise which has been worn cannot be returned.
