Western Union or MoneyGram through Publix. Works good with minimal issues. But it is rather expensive depending on how much you want to send. If there is a Walmart that is close to both of you they are generally less expensive to send money
Moneygram is very fast and cost efficient
Depending on where/whom you are sending, Paypal, Google Wallet, etc might be more efficient options.
