This is probably one of the best hibachi restaurants I've ever been to.
I'm not sure how to answer that... Restaurant with good food = remains open. Restaurant with bad food = closed. Seeing that it's open, I'd assume it must be "good enough" for enough people to return to keep them in business.
Amazing. The chefs are fun and the food is great.
