I frequent this La Granga since I think it's the best one in Broward County, I dont usually ask questions but here's one. Do the cash and receipt tips left for the employees actually go to them? A little birdie told me otherwise.

That one I cannot answer, for I wait for my order, I carry my own tray to the table and when I'm done, I clean up after myself. So I don't leave a tip, unless someone is actually serving me at a table. I would like to think, if I did leave a tip, it goes to the right person. Also, I hand give the tip to the person directly.

if tip was given on counter, then yes. if the tip was given to the cleaner, it's themselves :)

I wish I knew. I'll have to be watchful on my next visit.
