Does this bar still allow smoking inside? I see many reviews complaining about the smoking and I know that they are within their rights to keep it a smoking bar but I'm really hoping they change this.

We have many customers who come to the bar because they smoke when they drink. We have a smoke filtration system and have the air filters changed frequently. It is much better than in the past.
