yes they offer long term stays with off season rates and summer rates. long term stays also requires metered electric bill that you pay monthly
I know they have snow birds regularly. Summer might be tough because if the crowds they draw but winters I think they would welcome long term? San Diego is beautiful any time of year

There are long termers there, but they only have a few spaces for that, and they are full.
They do not do monthly rates during the summer. As a matter of fact they are not doing monthly rates again until 2020.
