Yeah they are always super busy and not a ton of staff. I didn't even know they reserved tables.
We have always had good luck with calling ahead must be bad timing with them being busy try calling at a slow time
It depends. If it is busy and they are all working, then answering the phone is just gonna take time they could be serving their current party. They arent like olive garden or red lobster where they always have someone near the phone. They arent as professional as that. They are there to better serve their current party
I always walk in and they sit me at a table
